Health services in the Occupied Territories have deteriorated since the Israeli occupation.  And since the Intifadah began, the need for medical care has risen dramatically. PAS sponsors programs to teach preventative medicine and basic first aid.  To meet the growing need for direct  medical relief. PAS provides mobile clinics to deliver care to refugee camps and remote villages.
